The Sr. Manager of Commercial Analytics & Insights plays a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the business. This individual will lead the development of scalable insight frameworks, partner cross-functionally to optimize revenue performance, and deliver executive-ready narratives that influence strategic priorities. In addition, this role will spearhead the design and implementation of predictive analytics applications, leveraging commercial data to improve forecasting accuracy and enable proactive business strategies. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with strong business acumen, storytelling ability, and leadership skills to elevate commercial intelligence and drive measurable impact.
This role will be onsite in Irvine, CA.
How you’ll make an impact:
Execute and evolve the commercial insights roadmap, delivering actionable analytics that inform earnings preparation, forecast reviews, field insights, and strategic planning.Develop and maintain core insight frameworks for pipeline signals, account segmentation, trends, etc., ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization.Guide the build of predictive analytics capabilities, including models and applications that leverage commercial data for forecasting and scenario planning, enabling proactive decision-making.Collaborate closely with Sales Operations & Finance as a strategic partner—aligning on priorities while maintaining independence in analytical perspective and recommendations.Manage and coach the Commercial Insights & Analytics team, fostering analytical rigor, storytelling excellence, and continuous improvement in reporting standards.Translate complex data into clear, narrative-driven insights for leadership presentations, earnings materials, and other high-visibility communications.What you’ll need (Required):

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $139,000 to $196,000 (highly experienced).
