Senior Manager, Co-Brand Marketing - Canada and CALA

This is your chance to be part of the International Co-Brand Team that is expanding our financial partnerships to key markets around the world to deepen our relationships with travelers and turn everyday purchases into extraordinary stays. As the Senior Manager, Co-brand Marketing - Canada and Latin America, you will report to the Senior Director, Co-Brand - Canada and Latin America. You will have the dual responsibility of being the marketing strategist and channel owner. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the marketing plan and customer acquisition and engagement channels to grow Hilton's co-brand portfolios. Additionally, you will partner with the Regional Marketing and Loyalty teams to achieve other key enterprise objectives by leveraging our financial service partnerships.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Develop, align and execute annual partnership marketing strategies and media plansOversee all card acquisition channels to ensure optimal performance and address any issues/defects that ariseEnable new customer acquisition channels such as telemarketing and on-property salesDefine audience segments for acquisition, activation and retention campaignsNegotiate elevated offers for both broadscale and targeted acquisition and engagement campaigns that deliver strong ROILead the creative development for campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle, including development of creative briefs, gaining alignment across key business partners, and ensuring all deliverables are on-brandDrive innovation and continuous improvement in acquisition and engagement communications through rigorous testing, optimization, and adoption of industry best practicesStay apprised of critical metrics, competitive landscape, and performance pacing to evaluate areas of risk against our yearly business goals and find opportunities for performance optimizationFurther deepen our partnerships by working on additional campaigns beyond co-brand to increase Hilton brand awareness, consideration and engagement

How you will collaborate with others:

Partner with our card issuer, network, channel owners, regional marketing, loyalty and media teams to achieve shared goals of increasing Hilton's brand awareness, driving card acquisition and maximizing engagement via spend and staysReport on campaign performance in partnership with our card issuer and Data AnalyticsWork with Finance and Accounting Teams to manage our marketing budget and ensure payments to suppliers

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

Ensure our marketing strategies meet the desired commercial objectivesEstablish strong relationships with partners to drive positive outcomes for all parties

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Seven (7) years of experience working in partnerships and marketing at a global organizationManagement of customer acquisition and engagement channels (digital, email, face-to-face, telemarketing, social/media etc)Fluent English (and Spanish preferred)You will travel 10-15%

It would be useful if you have:

BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or MA/MS Master's DegreeAn understanding of credit card retailing best practices
