Senior Manager, Cloud & ICT Product
**What's The Role** The **Senior Manager, Cloud & ICT Product** is responsible for leading the commercial product strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of the Cloud and ICT portfolio across the Liberty Caribbean (LC) region. This role drives the productization of hyperscaler offerings and managed services delivered by partners, including hyperscalers and system integrators, while developing strong business cases and investment rationales to support cloud and ICT growth in the region. The position also ensures alignment between local initiatives and the broader group Cloud strategy to maximize portfolio synergies, all while serving as the guardian of the customer experience for cloud-related offerings and ensuring exceptional service delivery. **What You'll Do** + Oversee end-to-end productization of hyperscaler services, in close collaboration with internal execution teams. + Translate hyperscaler and SI managed service capabilities into commercially viable and market-ready offerings. + Lead the development of mid-to-long term Cloud strategy for the LC region, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological evolution. + Drive business case creation for investments, service expansions, and partnerships within the Cloud/ICT domain. + Identify / onboard technical and commercial resources for cloud initiatives from other business units. + Facilitate the evaluation and onboarding of partners that complement the group’s cloud vision and value proposition. + Own and manage regular cloud portfolio refreshes tailored to the needs of each local market, ensuring relevance and competitiveness. + Engage in ongoing portfolio synergy discussions between Liberty Caribbean’s ICT portfolio and the centralized Cloud product roadmap. + Focus on solution-oriented thinking via customer use cases rather than merely aligning with technology packages or hyperscaler portfolios. (Background in hyperscaler solutions is considered a strong asset.) + Be responsible for full cloud product lifecycle management in an emerging category, including: + Monitoring strategic industry trends + Aligning with Liberty’s overarching strategy + Assessing regional and vertical demand + Evaluating competitive positioning + Forecasting CAPEX requirements + Roadmap creation and feature prioritization + Recommending operational model enhancements + Defining functional requirements for IT and factory support (including SKU structuring, CRM, billing) + Structuring customer care enablement + Acting as customer experience guardian **What You'll Do** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related; MBA or postgrad degree is a plus. + 7+ years experience in product- or commercial leadership roles within Cloud, ICT, or technology services. + Demonstrated experience in developing and launching cloud-based products. + Strong business case development, financial modeling, and strategic planning capabilities. + Proven track record working with global technology vendors and service integrators such as Google, Azure, Oracle, AWS, Capgemini, Accenture, Infosys, or others. + Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills. + Strong commercial acumen, combined with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, customer-centric use cases, and market dynamics. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands Liberty Latin America, Liberty Networks, Liberty Caribbean, Liberty Business, Liberty Caribbean ICT, Cable & Wireless, Cable & Wireless Business, Bahamas Telecommunication (BTC), FLOW, VTR, Liberty Puerto Rico & USVI, Liberty Costa Rica, and Más Móvil.
