**Purpose:**
The Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) Planning and Delivery is to drive the successful execution of global clinical trials by fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient agreement processes. This role aims to support the seamless delivery of clinical trial agreements across all phases and sectors, enabling the organization to accelerate innovative medical research and bring life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.
**You will be responsible for:**
+ Developing, delivering and monitoring study status dashboards, lead project reviews to ensure that planned work is on schedule. Identify potential issues and coordinate the proactive mitigation of them, Partner with the GCO Business Operations team to enhance reporting and dashboarding capabilities
+ Partnering with Pillar Leads, Functional Managers and business partners to identify and remediate bottlenecks; proposing decisions: escalation, priority setting, managing deliverables in a timely manner overall Decision-Making and Problem-Solving, exercise a high level of independence, balancing team members workload and resolving sophisticated contracting issues
+ Developing and implementing training to deliver exemplary customer service and ensure team communication plans with business partners; partner with team, staff and other functions as needed to deliver agreements that align with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance; able to develop operational strategies and plans in support of functional imperatives
+ Providing global leadership and partnering with other GCO-CCS cross functional managers to provide support and end to end point of contact on behalf of the GCO-CCS leadership team.
+ Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work and supporting cycle time targets. This role will work closely with the Contract and Centralized Services leadership team, Legal and Health Care Compliance departments and leaders within the R&D organizations, Delivery Unit and overall Global Development.
+ Leading integration and acquisitions applicable to GCO-CCS transition in a project management function
+ Handling day-to-day operations related to integration and study start up activities, including multiple business tools and data, and communicating progress and risks
+ Encourages a positive and collaborative working environment, focusing on the business with vision to drive solutions
+ Responsible and lead the oversight of managers within the team
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree is required.
+ 5 years’ experience working in Procurement, Business Development, Project Management, Contracting and/or R&D is required.
+ Proficient in Excel, Tableau and other data management and visualization systems and tools
+ Experience related to the product/drug development process preferred
+ Excellent communication skills are required
+ Demonstrated experience being solutions and results oriented
+ Ability to partner, influence and be customer-focused is important
+ Ability to lead cross-functional and/or cross-affiliate teams is required
+ Able to prioritize requests in alignment with the internal clients and propose effective alternatives when vital
+ Change management experience preferred
+ Project management certification preferred

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$137,000 - $235,750
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
