Main responsibilities:

The Client Success Sr. Manager works in lockstep with their tier Director on team strategy and process to develop a best-in-class sales team. The CS Sr. Manager will work to enable the Client Partner team to focus on demand generation and account penetration. The Client Success Sr. Manager is responsible for coaching the Client Partner team to deliver strategic, data-driven plans to clients while also tracking important sales metrics such as deal slippage, win rate, and more. They will advocate across the organization for the Voice of the Customer to help strengthen the Retail Media offering and allow The Collective to be a trusted media partner in the industry.  

Travel up to 25%

The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, Los Angeles CA, San Francisco CA, Pleasanton CA, Dallas TX, Chicago IL, or New York City, NY 

Drive and exceed annual revenue goals through strategic growth of current and future partnerships. Lead, develop, and coach the Client Partner team to deliver strong, data‑driven client strategies. Oversee annual forecasting, account planning, and quota distribution across the team. Champion the Voice of the Customer to help shape a best‑in‑class Retail Media Network. Maintain accurate forecasting with minimal variance across annual and period cadences. Build strong cross‑functional partnerships, including serving as Category Captain with merchandising. Mentor Client Success and cross‑functional teams to elevate performance and collaboration. Prioritize demand generation and account penetration, tracking key sales metrics and pipeline health. Support client escalations and guide Client Partners on QBRs, T2T meetings, and enablement sessions. Represent the company at industry events, participate in client co‑presentations, and engage in ongoing retail media learning while attracting and retaining top sales talent. 

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

6 plus years in Sales/Media/Retail space   2 plus years experience with a track record of leading successful sales teams   Demonstrated experience leading QBR/T2T/JBP for C-Suite audience   Proven ability to foster partnerships with merchandising partners
