We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Chief Control Office, Global Payment Solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Governance – facilitate risk management discussions at key committees through effective reporting and communication of risk and control trends, issues, emerging risks and initiatives and own NFR specific governance activities

Risk Management SME – key point person for NFR and Risk Management queries, especially as related to GPS products and services

Risk Control management awareness – managing the execution of a range of risk control activities across GPS Owned RCA increasing risk and control awareness. Support safe business change / growth through active risk management

Facilitate the execution of the 3 Lines of Defence model by ensuring audits are planned, executed and reporting effectively, working across functions where appropriate. Ensure implementation of audit recommendations and maintain satisfactory level of audits

Read Across issues across the region to proactively mitigate risk based on control weaknesses or incidents in other sites

Escalate issues and incidents in line with GPS escalation criteria, tracking incidents to closure and proactively working with GPS functional partners to identify and remediate root causes

Working with GPS ASP teams globally, regionally and locally to proactively raise risk and control issues through Management Self-Identified Issues, and track through to closure

Support in the deployment of Group, Regional ASP risk-related programmes and projects (e.g. Conduct Programme, Proximity Review, Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment etc.). Challenge procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance
