Senior Manager, Channel & Franchise Excellence - Myanmar
**Reports to:** Senior Director, Channel & Franchise BIG (Singapore based) **Location** : Yangon, Myanmar **Position Overview:** Work closely with Senior Director operating as a individual contributor; to Lead, coordinate, and project manage integrated execution, marketing and innovation programs across franchise and bottler teams to drive system-wide commercial capability, efficiency, and growth. Act as a key integrator between local, regional, and global teams for the planning, implementation, and improvement of franchise initiatives, focusing on innovation in processes, frameworks, and capability building. **Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:** **Strategy and Business Performance:** + Develop and implement Channel, Customer Business Plan, Commercial Execution and annual Business Plan for assigned channel + geography aligning bottler around key investment commitments + Assessment of Channel dynamics, insights, shopper, BPPC, trade marketing, competitive and in-store execution on on-going and annual plans + Ensure execution business plans and execution targets with bottlers - manage opportunities and issues arising with Bottler Leadership Team **Finance** + Ensuring delivery of topline growth of Volume, Revenue and Share numbers + Effectively adjust and correct during the annual cycle to ensure delivery of topline numbers **Market Execution and Commercial Excellence:** + Identify channel, commercial and market development improvement initiatives to drive incremental volume, profit or share for the Channel and Area. + Ensure the Area or territory OBPPC is optimized leveraging Conjoint analysis and the BU experts + Drive the (Right Execution Daily) RED agenda with the bottling partner(s)ensuring it is embedded into organizational culture + Actively pursue opportunities to improve our Route to Market and CDE programs in the area leveraging best practices + Drive horizontal expansion through outlet creation incentive programmes in the area **Franchise Leadership** + Build value based and strategic 'win-win' relationships with bottlers + Area opportunity assessments and critical region program development + Engage with the Commercial unit heads of the bottler delivering on area volume, revenue and share targets. **External Stakeholders and Sustainability** + Assist fully in the execution of community programs designed to enhance KO reputation within the community + Work closely with PACS team to ensure we manage our ability to operate in the market **Experience & Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field. + Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial operations, project management, or franchise/business integration roles. + Experience managing cross-functional projects or working in matrixed environments, ideally within FMCG or franchise organizations. + Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines. + Familiarity with digital tools, business metrics/analytics, and capability-building principles. **Key Skills & Attributes** + Integrator; able to coordinate diverse teams/projects across functions and geographies. + Project management and reporting abilities; attention to detail. + Growth mindset-passionate about capability building, continuous improvement, and driving innovation. + Data-driven decision maker; able to translate numbers and insights into actionable plans. + Collaborative and adaptable; comfortable leading change and influencing stakeholders at all levels. + Strong communicator, able to synthesize complex information for multiple audiences. **About CocaCola ASEAN & South Pacific** The CocaCola Company (NYSE: KO) is a total beverage company with products sold in more than 200 countries and territories.
