We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Carrefour & Atacadao, Brazil** to lead Coca-Cola's integrated customer strategy across all Carrefour formats, translating global and local priorities into scalable commercial plans that drive consumer-centric growth, portfolio incidence, NSR and system profitability. The role acts as a strategic business partner to Carrefour and internal teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and sustainable mutual value through execution excellence, data-driven insights and innovative partnerships. If you are passionate about customer leadership, strategic influence and delivering scalable growth, we want you on our team. **What You'll Do for Us** + Lead the end-to-end Coca-Cola strategy for Carrefour Group Brazil, accelerating sustainable NSR and margin growth aligned to Operating Unit priorities (LRP, ABP) and Customer Business Plans (CBP), consistently outperforming customer, category and competitive benchmarks across all formats and banners. + Design and execute consumer-centric portfolio and occasion strategies, defining relevant category solutions, assortment architecture, innovation priorities, pricing and promotional mechanics through bold OBPPC and RGM playbooks tailored by format and shopper mission. + Drive an integrated activation and execution calendar in partnership with C&CL, Marketing and Bottlers, ensuring strong in-store execution, portfolio incidence growth and flawless delivery at scale. + Lead performance governance with Carrefour, tracking results, identifying growth opportunities, adjusting strategies and renegotiating plans to consistently deliver CBP commitments and long-term value creation. + Act as the strategic connector between Carrefour Group Brazil, Coca-Cola Company and Bottlers partners ensuring 'one voice to the customer' + Partner with TCCS KA International HQ Team led to coordinate on global customer programs and how they come to life in Latin America, as well as align on customer HQ office interactions and effective deployment of global programs within the Latin America context. + Lead and influence cross-functional, value-added initiatives across Commercial, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Media Networks, Digital & Data, ESG, Category Management, Customer Service and Supply Chain, including collaborative sustainability projects, shopper marketing programs, omnichannel and technology pilots, execution excellence initiatives and capability building. + Facilitate alignment between Carrefour Group and Bottlers to ensure seamless execution, operational excellence and fast issue resolution across commercial, logistical and service dimensions. + Own customer investment governance, managing budgets, contractual processes and ROI optimization to maximize commercial impact, transparency and financial discipline. **Requirements & Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Channel Strategy, Commercial Leadership or Franchise Management roles. + Strong strategic and executional background in customer business planning, category management, shopper marketing and revenue growth management. + Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable commercial programs and deliver consistent revenue, share and profitability growth. + High capability to lead cross-functional projects and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority. + Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance management tools, data insights and commercial KPIs to drive decision-making. + Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills at senior levels. + Solid understanding of complex retail ecosystems, omnichannel dynamics and local market realities. + Experience working across regions, bottlers or multi-format customers is a strong advantage. **What We'll Do for You** + **Global Exposure** : Collaborate with world-class leaders and gain access to global best practices and emerging technologies. + **Iconic Brands** : Work with one of the most recognized brands in the world and play a key role in shaping its future. + **Learning & Development** : Access to robust learning resources, including LinkedIn Learning and leadership development programs, to continuously grow your skills.
