Senior Manager, Caregiver Management for IL

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Caregiver Management is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and executing day-to-day operations that enhance caregiver retention, satisfaction, and compliance across a multi-state region. This leader will oversee a team of managers, individual contributors, and caregivers within Illinois and Missouri markets, ensuring high standards of service and team performance throughout the region.

In this role, the Senior Manager will partner cross-functionally with Recruiting & Onboarding, Client Services, Time & Attendance, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless and collaborative caregiver experience. This position is key to creating an environment where caregivers feel supported, valued, and aligned with organizational goals.

*Candidates must reside in Illinois and will be expected to travel regularly to branch locations within these states. This role offers remote work, allowing individuals to work from their home office a few days per week while maintaining on-site presence as needed.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and execute caregiver management strategies focused on retention, satisfaction, and compliance.Collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into operational plans.Hire, train, mentor, and develop Caregiver Service Managers and local teams.Drive team performance with a focus on caregiver retention and utilization metrics.Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure caregiver compliance with all state and contractual requirements in partnership with Quality Leaders.Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports to senior management.Implement best practices and process improvements based on caregiver feedback.Create action plans to optimize team performance and address operational issues.Support company-wide initiatives as needed.


Education and Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience with responsibility for managing teams.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Communication, or relevant field required.Master’s degree preferred.Experience in homecare, healthcare or healthcare services preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Role must be within the (IL) market they are supporting Ability to travel within geographic area as needed (up to 50%) 

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $120,000
