The Digital Growth team is charged with taking key digital businesses for Starbucks to the next level.

As senior manager, Card & Gifting Growth, you’ll play a critical role in elevating, modernizing and growing our gift card business and experiences, making our team an amazing place to work, and leading our cross-functional teams to turn gifting possibilities into realities.

As a senior manager, Card & Gifting Growth, you will…

Create strategies and plans to bring Starbucks gifting innovation pipeline to life Spearhead digital gifting strategy, innovation pipeline, and backlog management Lead innovation opportunity assessments across digital and physical gifting Work cross-functionally to fully realize complex gifting and card initiatives that create meaningful customer experiences and positive business impact

We’d love to hear from people with:

Ability to build platform strategies that integrate customer, business, industry and technical feasibility considerations. Innovation and strategy (4+ years) Savvy digital business management acumen: ability to collaborate effectively with tech teams, understand relevant tech stack and implications for innovation, identify “hacks” that enable us to get to market faster. Digital business or product management experience (4+ years) Superb communication and storytelling skills – including oral, written and visual – adaptable for various audiences. Senior-level communication and storytelling (5+ years) Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to research and synthesize various sources of information to develop a cohesive point of view. Analytics (5+ years) Adept interpersonal skills: ability to navigate and influence upward, laterally and cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization, a passion for people and a desire to help partners and the organization thrive. Project leadership in a cross-functional environment (5+ years) Understanding of business rhythms, metrics and business management fundamentals. Business strategy, business management or other strategic problem-solving role (4+ years) Progressive experience in brand management, product management, business or strategy roles (5-7 years) MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred, but not required

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
