Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $91,000.00 - $107,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to have oversight over Capital Market operations within Bank Operations. This position will ensure, by working through its direct reports, that daily operational activities, reporting, supervision and coaching of employees are occurring with high quality and according to established guidelines, procedures, and industry regulations.
Essential Functions
Manage performance of assigned business units - assuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective service is consistently delivered to internal and external customers and is within regulatory requirements
Collaborate with vendors to implement system releases and upgrades, conduct enhancement testing, and resolve day to day operational issues
Initiate, plan, and facilitate projects that drive continuous improvement within business units, ensuring all initiatives are strategically aligned and effectively executed
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to implement the department strategy and manage department workflow with guidance on departmental projects/issues, and provide coaching and development opportunities appropriate to each direct report’s individual needs
Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, annual increase allocations and disciplinary action as required
Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members effectively.
Support budget management, planning and expenditure
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Strong knowledge of Capital Markets’ operations field, including applicable rules, regulations, and best practices
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply discretion and sound judgement to effectively solve problems
Ability to drive results and balance management of risk and meeting goals of the business
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members to foster a positive team environment that gives way to collaboration and unified goals
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Management required or equivalent combination of education and experience required
8+ years Capital Markets Operations experience
4+ years leadership/supervisory experience required
Capital Market Certifications preferred (Series 62, 63)

This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
