Your accountabilities include strategy definition, development delivery & support of information technology processes, and establishing or enhancing existing processes in support of the BMO. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How You’ll Succeed** + **Project Planning & Analysis** - You will conduct in-depth financial analysis to understand trends affecting budget needs and make recommendation. Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional team members to assist in the development of annual budgets, make adjustments to budgets and controls emergency budgets, as required + **Dashboard Reporting & Controls** - You will advise senior executives regarding all aspects of financial planning through the use dashboard reports. You will lead financial controls initiatives related to corporate, project, and regulatory controls. You also create and maintain financial dashboard metrics for the leadership team + **Leadership** - You will lead a team of 4 individuals who are accountable for processing of invoices, resource management, governance controls, and reporting. You will build team and individual capabilities by providing development opportunities such as job shadows, special projects, and training.
