We recognize the difference you bring to our business, and together we share the pride of building the logistics company for the world.\n \nUnder the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.Responsibilities\nDeveloping strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets\nDrive and develop new business opportunities\nDrive market profiling to understand and identify market opportunities\nLead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth\nIdentifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets\nMaximizing new business development opportunities on external market\nTaking responsibilities for profit and loss\nAchieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth\nDevelop and maintain strong existing customer relation and loyalty\nRespond to customer enquiries / complaints\nLead in engagements and strategic customer interface with key Corporate Customers\nRequirements\nBachelor degree in relevant field with at least 7 years BD exposure in similar 3PL role\nAt least 10 years of total experience in sales/business development field\nExperience in large scale business development/sales in contract logistics\nBusiness development experience (proposal design , costing, commercial awareness)\nExcellent presentation skills\nProven BD/Sales record in logistics industry\n
