Lead one of the agency distribution teams to manage, promote, and drive all sales and servicing aspects of MPF business to achieve assigned personal and team’s targets.This role will be pivotal in enhancing the coordination and support to the agency force, particularly in onboarding, nurturing and developing more new or non-MPF agencies. Additionally, the role involves assisting the Head of Agency Distribution to develop a team with a strong spirit and focus on providing a streamlined, one-stop solution and comprehensive account management services to enhance agency satisfaction. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for driving a strategic shift from purely incentive-driven sales to a more holistic approach that incorporates motivational strategies, ultimately transforming product-selling into a broader retirement planning solution approach.Responsibilities
Business Development:
Lead one of the agency distribution teams to promote and deliver the Wealth & Pensions MPF product; and to foster a high-performing, agency/ customer-focused team to achieve personal and team’s targetAchieve targets by providing comprehensive pre-sales & post-sales supports to assigned agencies, to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.Design and implement sales & marketing strategies with Marketing and Agency Development, including the subsequent monitoring and reports.Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards.Agency Support:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned agencies, acting as a primary point of contact to support their growth on MPF agents and business.Provide tailored support in growing our agency base, particularly to new non-MPF and MCI agencies, to ensure they have the dedicated resources needed to succeed in MPF business.Ensure the delivery of a streamlined, one-stop solution for agencies through effective internal and external coordination.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other Team Leads and the Head of Agency Distribution, W&P to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes service excellence and operational efficiency.Maintain a regular and positive dialogue with internal business functions and stakeholdersQualifications
University Degree, Major in Marketing / Business Admin preferredSubstantial relevant experiences with at least 5 years in managerial or manager roleSolid knowledge of the pension market in Hong Kong - products, distribution channels, and MPF regulationExtensive agency sales experienceFluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)Candidate may be considered as Senior Manager, Manager or Assistant Manager subjected to experience levelsPreferred Skills
