Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Finance to support Project Sugar, a strategic, multi year EMEA Legal Entity Rationalization initiative. This role will play a critical part in simplifying the legal entity structure across multiple countries and business lines, driving financial and operational benefits for the region.Based in Budapest, this is an individual contributor role within the Global Finance Center of Excellence, partnering closely with Finance leadership and cross functional stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, HR, and external advisors.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate Finance‑related workstreams within a large‑scale transformation program.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies using standard project management methodologies.Track progress, risks, issues, and interdependencies, and provide clear status reporting to senior stakeholders.Support stage‑gate reviews, transitions, and formal handover of deliverables to functional teams.Facilitate project and governance meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are documented and followed through.Track project budgets and provide financial visibility (tracking responsibility only).Maintain high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and confidentiality across project artifacts.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional projects, ideally within Finance or corporate functions.Experience supporting transformation initiatives, restructurings, or operating model changes.Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed, and remote environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior leaders.Qualifications & Preferred Experience
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Scrum Master) preferred.Strong Excel skills and experience with project management tools.Preferred experience with Finance and reporting systems such as:WorkdayHyperion Financial Management (HFM)OneStreamThomson Reuters solutionsWorkivaWhy Join Us
