BMO Global Asset Management is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of marketing to lead performance marketing initiatives for our Direct to investor segment and ETFs. This role is ideal for a marketing leader with deep expertise in ETFs, a strong understanding of the asset management industry, and a passion for engaging DIY investors through digital channels.
You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth of BMO GAM’s ETF offerings among self-directed investors. This includes leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing digital campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful marketing programs.
As part of an extended team you are an expert in building and managing relationships with internal and external partners that are key to the sales and distribution of products per assigned channel. Maintains an understanding of channel business objectives to develop strategic and tactical plans, integrate product channel plans across assigned portfolios, maximize opportunities, and minimize risks. Works across BMO to develop solutions that optimize marketing channel performance and advance the customer experience.

Typically 8+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.Strong understanding of digital media channels such as Meta, Google, Reddit and can extract relevant insights from performance dataBachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.Industry accreditations an asset (CSC/IFIC, PFP, CFP, CFA).Minimum 8 years experience in the investment industry and within channels.Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth / Expert.Influence skills - In-depth / Expert.Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - In-depth / Expert.Able to manage ambiguity.Data driven decision making - In-depth / Expert.Salary:
$86,000.00 - $160,000.00Pay Type:

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
