How will you make an impact in this role?
Strategy, Vision, and Enterprise Engagement Key Responsibilities
Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap for generative and agentic AI-powered customer-facing solutions, balancing long-term vision with immediate business priorities.
Conduct customer research and competitive intelligence to ensure product requirements are reflective of real customer problems/needs and changing industry dynamics.
Identify and drive strategic linkages across other portfolio products (e.g., payment tokens with passkeys, stablecoins, and other digital identity/payment solutions) through inward-looking research.
Shape and communicate a forward-looking, fact-based vision that aligns tokenization with enterprise priorities and industry innovation.
Influence enterprise-wide strategy by engaging senior leaders and cross-business stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, representing token strategy to senior executives, governance committees, and external stakeholders.
Lead enterprise-wide forums to elevate token visibility and foster cross-functional alignment.
Understand the key token strategic priorities and own tracking/reporting against them.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 5-7+ years in digital payments product, financial services, or strategy roles with proven ability to develop thoughtful, cross-functional strategies and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strategic mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends, operate under ambiguity, and drive “blue sky” thinking into actionable strategies.
Detail oriented: Ability to identify when details matter, and ability to simultaneously drill down into the details without losing strategic vision.
Influence & communication: Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, present complex strategies simply, and drive consensus.
Collaboration: Proven success leading across complex organizations and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Interest: A passion for advancing payments, innovation, AI, product experimentation, and the future of digital payments experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
