Senior Manager, Add-Ons Product Strategy & Innovation

In this leadership role, you will be at the helm of the strategic direction and financial success of our rapidly expanding HelloFresh Market and EveryPlate Market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy, driving the innovation roadmap, and leading a team to manage both strategy and ensure seamless execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in curating a compelling assortment of products that enhance our customers' cooking experience and drive significant revenue growth for the add-on store as well as customer retention for the business. You will report to the VP Product Strategy & Innovation.

You will...

Develop and implement the overarching strategy and roadmap for HelloFresh and EveryPlate Markets, aligning with the company's financial targets and each brand’s long-term growth objectives. Spearhead the financial planning for the business including setting sales, margin, and customer satisfaction targets, and be accountable for delivering against these key performance indicators. Champion the use of data analytics and market insights to identify new product opportunities, optimize assortments, and inform pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in marketing, supply chain, and product innovation to ensure a seamless and successful launch of new products and promotions. Be fully immersed in industry and market trends, keeping a close eye on competitors and providing the team with insights and ideas on new innovation to grow the add-on business. Work closely with the Sourcing team to define product specifications, develop new products, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.

A seasoned and strategic leader with a proven track record of success in product development, category management, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in the food and beverage industry. A motivational manager with experience building and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and compelling business cases. An exceptional communicator and collaborator who can effectively influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ambitious, results-oriented, and adept at navigating ambiguity to drive impactful business outcomes.

You have...

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. 5-7 years of progressive experience in category management, product development, or merchandising, preferably within an e-commerce or grocery environment. At least 2 years of experience directly managing and developing a team.
