PwC Bulgaria’s Business and Management Consulting unit is looking for a Senior Consultant, with experience in human capital management processes and tools and organisational design to join our specialised People & Organisation Consulting team.

Who you will be working with: 

You will be working with our team specialising in People & Organisation Consulting, working on complex and highly impactful projects for clients in both Bulgaria and Europe. 

Our team helps clients realise the potential of their people by supporting their ambitious organisational redesign, HR function & core processes optimisation, and cultural change initiatives. We support all components of human capital management: from workforce planning, through talent acquisition strategy, identifying the employer’s value proposition, developing learning and development plans, setting grading systems and employee performance management systems. 

 

Your role: 

Drive and deliver projects, involving:  

- diagnosis of challenges in clients’ current processes, organisation and/or structure and proposing actionable solutions; 

- supporting clients with designing and improving their people strategy, policies and EVP to boost employee engagement and retention; 

- organisational redesign, development of governance structures as well as roles and responsibilities across the company; 

- design/redesign of internal processes, policies, procedures and instruments which drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness; 

- implementation of HR technologies into the workplace; 

Consistently work with the client to update and further improve solutions; 

Engage in interviews/workshops with clients, demonstrating ability to probe, assess and identify issues or areas for additional review; 

Review and analyse data to identify trends and extract insights which drive solutions and recommendations; 

Take ownership of projects and have motivation to drive tasks/workstreams to conclusion within deadlines; 

Maintain excellent client relationships and develop an initial network of personal contacts based on client engagements. 

 

What we are looking for: 

3+ years of experience in People management and/or organisational design (knowledge of a wide range of HR processes is a must) 

Previous experience in the context of organisational transformations and/or design of HR processes. Experience in an international environment is a plus; experience in a context with mergers and acquisitions is a plus; 

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bulgarian is a must; 

Ability and willingness to drive projects autonomously; 

Ability and willingness to lead client interviews and workshops autonomously; 

Analytical skills and attention to detail.
