Position OverviewQinetiQ US seeks an experienced Senior Management Analyst to provide professional services contract support to a federal law enforcement agency clientthe LESA Deployment and Transformation (D&T) Unit in advancing law enforcement systems programs, analysis, and operations. This strategic role combines program management expertise with deep knowledge of systems engineering, business intelligence, and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams while providing subject matter expertise on acquisition lifecycle frameworks, data visualization platforms, and strategic planning initiatives that strengthen law enforcement capabilities nationwide.
