Position Summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner to join our client’s team in Kwinana. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing maintenance plans across a diverse portfolio, including Tank Turnaround, Routine Maintenance, and Maintenance Capital Projects. The successful candidate will ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of maintenance activities while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and integrated planning processes.

Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize maintenance plans for terminal operations, ensuring compliance with HSE and industry standards. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities using CMMS tools. Deliver integrated planning processes across projects and maintenance work fronts using long- and short-range scheduling. Track and present KPIs such as maintenance backlog, schedule compliance, and cost performance. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to enhance planning and execution efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Minimum 7 years’ experience in project planning and scheduling within maintenance or construction. Proficiency in CMMS (e.g., Maximo, ERP, Primavera) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI). Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and HSE requirements.
