Pay: $31/hour | Shift: Sunday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Looking to join a company that values technical expertise, teamwork, and long-term growth? We’re seeking a Sr. Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic facilities team in Mt. Juliet, TN. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced setting where you’ll be instrumental in keeping mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems running smoothly across the site.
What You’ll Do:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues
Respond to work orders with urgency and professionalism
Inspect interior and exterior building areas, including lighting, flooring, walls, and fixtures
Conduct daily rounds and log equipment performance data
Collaborate with contractors and team members to ensure quality service delivery
Maintain compliance with company safety standards and protocols
Operate hand tools, ladders, and lifts safely and efficiently
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance or building engineering
Solid background in mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CMMS systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Valid state driver’s license
Electrical and/or mechanical license (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 60 lbs
Comfortable inspecting tight spaces and working on hands and knees when necessary
Capable of detecting visual/auditory alarms and operating electric tools and vehicles

Pay Details: $31.00 to $32.00 per hour
