Valsoft is looking for a Senior Associate to join our team in Europe. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals with 2–5 years of M&A experience looking to accelerate into a leadership position with direct deal ownership. You will lead end-to-end transactions, own relationships with founders and advisors, collaborate with our existing European portfolio managers, and help shape Valsoft’s expansion strategy across Europe.
