Our P&G Planning Department plays a critical role in analyzing production needs, collaborating with major Russian and international suppliers, and driving improvements through automation and digitalization.
Senior logistics specialist ensures the timely delivery of raw and packaging materials to the plant, coordinating interactions between plant departments, suppliers and logistics service providers. Role includes managing logistics processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, and preparing necessary customs documentation. Important part of work is optimizing logistics processes and developing new solutions to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Logistics Management: Ensure timely delivery of raw and packaging materials to the plant.
Coordination and Interaction: Collaborate with the planning center, procurement department, supplier management groups, and customs representatives.
Compliance with Legislation: Ensure adherence to Russian Federation and Customs Union regulations and assist in preparing customs documentation.
Process Management: Oversee the preparation of transport documents and transit, and resolve supply issues by collaborating with internal functions, carriers, and suppliers.
Reporting and Optimization: Prepare technical reports and lead logistics optimization projects. Enhance logistics processes and develop new solutions to improve efficiency.
Development and Improvement: Continuously improve logistics processes and develop new solutions to increase efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary starting from 95 000 RUB gross
Relocation and housing support (16 000 RUB gross/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications
Any higher education degree
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
At least an Intermediate level of English
Learning agility and attention to detail
Strong analytical abilities
Work experience with Exclel, ERP systems (SAP, C1, Oracle, etc.), Power BI would be considered a competitive advantage
Previous work experience in Logistics is preferred
Skills in interacting with various departments and external partners.
Skills in process analysis and optimization.
