Monitor and log exceptions. + Ensure adherence to established business processes. Support development of new business processes. Develop and implement process improvement projects to increase service level performance and/or minimize costs. Project scope is straight forward and has local impact. + Ensure compliance and control to Quality standards. Process and report weekly status of “in-house” process control reports, including in-transit, cycle count, inventory receiving and shipping reports. + Review inventory control reports for discrepancies and provide recommendations to management for corrective actions. + Gather data requirements for internal/external audit requests + Maintain logistic information databases and data accuracy in accordance with corporate policies. + Prepares & reviews files for import/export documents such as customs declarations, (SLI) shippers letter of instruction, SED (shipper's export declaration), IC (import certificate), etc. required for the lawful completion of import/export activities. Ensures that commercial and sales invoices are accurate in accordance with physical shipment and customer's SLI, quantities, value of goods, country of origin, and other regulatory requirements. Generate reports, maintains performance and drive 3PL on corrective actions and/or continuous improvement. + Responsible and drive 3PL to meet Applied Logistics Quality Management System standards. This is in terms of process definition, systemic problem solving, process audits and controls, reporting and training effectiveness. + Evaluate data against audit requests and ensure completeness of data. Assist the Organization Audit Focal prepare for the internal/external audits related to Logistics. + Responsible for warehouse inventory control (cycle count) and finance reporting meeting SOX compliance. + Develop good understanding of countries Trade requirements and ensure warehouse process compliance. + Identify opportunities to enhance end to end material tracking visibility from manufacturing to warehouse to customer deliveries. + Manage building to building materials delivery effectiveness to ensure on time materials feeds into production or completed modules receipts into the FGI warehouse + Ensure compliance and controls to Applied Safety Standards & meeting Applied 6S metrics. + Act as logistics SME & partner with cross functional team in (PC Planning , Scheduling , Manufacturing, IE) driving manufacturing site wide initiatives / projects. + Champion efforts in productivity improvement through technology/automation introduction. + Analyze process & data performance, identify gaps & opportunities for improvement. **Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management + More than 8-12 years relevant experience in logistics warehouse/transportation operations, vendor management and quality control + Logistics Excellence & Warehouse Automation experience will be an added advantage + Exposure towards Environmental, Health and Safety experience in the logistics environment **Knowledge & Skills:** + SAP ERP (ECC & EWM, S4Hana) system experience preferred. + Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing Logistics warehouse operations, vendor management, lean principles and capacity modeling. + Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills + Strong problem-solving skills.
