**Position Description** If you love high profile and challenging projects supporting the US Navy, this Integrated Logistics Analyst position may be for you. This role is hybrid and will require at least 2 or 3 day a week in the DC office or Navy Yard. You will be part of a small team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality logistics services. Matt Weber leads this team with several years’ experience as the manager and is a Navy career veteran. The team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program. You would serve as a lead Logistics Analyst for the cruiser and destroyer ship classes and supporting Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) processes. Under the guidance of the customer, we participate in the development and implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure effective and economic support for NAVSEA ILS execution; gather and analyze information for highly complex product plans and program objectives, provide tracking and status reports, and support distribution and delivery commitments. **As the Senior Logistics Analyst, you will:** + Provide support to senior logistics managers and correspondingly to the Logistics Program manager across the full spectrum of ILS elements. + Participate in the development and implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure effective and economic support for NAVSEA ILS execution; gather and analyze information for highly complex product plans and program objectives, provide tracking and status reports, and support distribution and delivery commitments. + Design innovative solutions for complex, multi-faceted ILS problems. + Track deliverable status, adequacy, and trends. + Make a difference for the Fleet by identifying, tracking, and expediting resolution of broad array of ILS shortcomings. + Prepare class ILS status presentations, work products, track Availability metrics, track and report ILS certification status and ILS deficiencies. + Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality assurance and security requirements. **Qualifications** **To be successful in this role you will have:** + An Active U.S. Government -DoD Issued Secret Clearance. + Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 10 plus years of relevant experience. + Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Logistics supporting in-service Navy ships or new construction programs, using metrics to examine, analyze and evaluate logistics trends or process indicators and provide recommendations. + Experience working with logistics processes in the Navy or Department of Defense. + Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint as required. + Former Navy Supply Corps / Logistics Specialist servicemembers or Government Schedule (GS) employees are encouraged to apply. + Ability to travel 10% If you are interested in supporting and working with our NAVSEA efforts, then submit your application now for immediate consideration.
