Senior Logistics Analyst

**MANTECH** is seeking a motivated, career-driven, and customer-focused **Senior** **Logistics Analyst** to join our team in **Washington, DC** .
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Work on complex technical projects or business challenges requiring advanced industry knowledge.
+ Analyze and develop logistics plans to improve production flow, distribution efficiency, and inventory control.
+ Create and review procedures that maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing logistical costs.
+ Ensure rational distribution and delivery methods through data-driven analysis and tracking.
+ Define and communicate project goals.
+ Apply knowledge of Navy ILS practices to improve logistics performance and lifecycle support
+ Provide leadership and subject matter expertise within work groups through deep specialization in logistics.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.(An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.)
+ 10+ years of relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working with the U.S. Navy in roles such as:
+ Active duty
+ Government civilian
+ Support contractor
+ Familiarity with NAVSEA technical authorities (e.g., NAVSEA 05).
+ Experience supporting U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.
+ Broad understanding of Navy Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), including provisioning, maintenance planning, training support, and technical documentation.
**Security Clearance Requirement:**
+ Must hold an Active Secret clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally required to move about the office to access files, equipment, and interact with staff.
+ Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
+ May be required to deliver presentations or briefings to team members and stakeholders.
