Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced logistics professional to play a key role in optimizing and managing our end-to-end supply chain processes. In this position, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient material flow, on-time deliveries, and high service quality. Task and responsibilities
Act as a key contact between internal departments, suppliers, and logistic service providers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.Actively contribute to achieving logistics KPIs and continuous process improvements.Manage escalation processes and support issue resolution within warehouse operations.Coordinate planning activities related to new business models, process implementations, and warehouse layout design.Support tender projects and process optimization initiatives for warehouse operations.Analyze logistics data and prepare performance reports to support strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain procedures in the areas of logistics and administration.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities aligned with Lean principles.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient coordination and proactive problem-solving.QualificationsUniversity degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, or warehouse management.Strong background in 3PL operations and supplier relationship management.Advanced knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a strong advantage.Proven ability to lead process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Fluent Polish and English; German language skills are a plus.Open mindset and willingness to work in an international environment.Additional InformationBosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
