Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced logistics professional to play a key role in optimizing and managing our end-to-end supply chain processes. In this position, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient material flow, on-time deliveries, and high service quality. Task and responsibilities

Communication between internal departments, Suppliers and Logistic Service ProvidersActively contribute to the achievement of such KPR/KPI Targets.Address and track internal and external inquiries to the respective internal departmentsManage Escalation ProcessMonitor daily warehouse operationsAssistance on tender projects for warehouse operationsCooperate with other departments to achieve customer satisfactionResponsible for high customer satisfactionCoordinate planning activities related to introduction of new business models and/or new processes as well as layout planningReceipt, control and accounting of goods deliveries in the ERP system SAP incl. maintenance of material master dataClarification of customer complaints, stock deviations or other process deviationsAssistance in the improvement of logistic processes and warehouse structurePreparation documents for the accounting departmentSupervision over the correct circulation of correspondenceSupport in the development of reports and procedures in the area of ​​administration and logisticsPreparation of summaries, reports and data analysis

QualificationsUniversity degree/ High School DiplomaAt least 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain planningExperience in 3PL sectorKnowledge of warehousing processesExperience with SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)Data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) will be considered as a plusCost reduction and customer orientationExperience with standardized Work and Lean Principles preferredExperience in Continuous improvement projectsProblem solving mindsetHigh communication and cooperation skills, to all levels of the organizationWillingness to work in an international environmentAdvanced knowledge both of English and PolishKnowledge of German language will be considered as a plus
