Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Planning Execution

Own production and material planning for assigned value streamsEnsure supplier delivery performance and raw material availabilityMonitor and optimize inventory levels (RM, WIP, consignment stock)Secure production plan adherence and minimize premium freightIdentify structural planning gaps and drive corrective actions

2. Project & System Leadership (Strategic Role)

Act as key user and project lead for SAP S/4HANA (LOP / LOM modules)Lead logistics-related digital transformation projectsDefine target processes aligned with Bosch standards and BPS principlesCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, IT, Finance)Manage project scope, timeline, risk, and milestone governanceEnsure data integrity, process standardization, and sustainable system adoption

3. Continuous Improvement & Governance

Drive planning process optimization through PDCA and BPSDevelop KPI transparency and reporting structureLead improvement task forces when structural issues ariseSupport logistics strategy and system roadmap of the plant

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field)

Experience

Minimum 5 years in production and material planningProven experience in leading cross-functional projectsHands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)Experience in logistics/warehouse system implementation is a strong advantage

Knowledge & Skills

Deep understanding of supply chain planning processesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityStructured project management skillsStrong system thinking and process design capabilityHigh ownership mindset and result orientationAbility to work under pressure and manage complexityFluent English
