Are you a driven property professional with a passion for lettings and a talent for business growth? Our client, a well-established and highly respected estate agency in Cardiff, is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to take a key role in their expanding lettings team.

Key Responsibilities:Proactively generate new lettings leads and grow the lettings portfolioConduct property viewings and engage confidently with prospective tenantsBuild and maintain strong landlord relationships, securing new instructions and ongoing businessProvide expert rental valuations aligned with current legislation and market trendsDeliver outstanding service to both landlords and tenantsConsistently achieve and exceed lettings and performance targetsIdentify and convert new business development opportunities to expand the landlord client baseSupport the day-to-day operations of the lettings department and contribute to long-term strategyRequirements:Minimum 1 year of lettings experience (Cardiff market knowledge is a strong advantage)Strong understanding of the local property landscapeFull, clean UK driving licenceRent Smart Wales licence desirable but not essentialSkills & Attributes:Excellent communication and negotiation skillsConfident, professional, and personable approachHighly organised with strong time-management skillsResults-oriented and motivated to exceed targetsInterested in this role?
