The Lease Accountant ensures the accurate recording of financial transactions to support the preparation of consolidated and segment financial reports. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the companys financial data, safeguarding assets through effective controls, and supporting monthly close processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of relevant lease accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
