Senior Learning Experience Designer, GOLD Learning Design & Development (LDD)
The Learning Design and Development (LDD) team within the Global Operations Learning and Development (GOLD) organization is seeking a creative and future-focused Senior Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and deliver innovative, technology-enabled learning solutions for WWOps learners.
In this role, you will combine instructional design expertise with the ability to apply emerging AI technologies to enhance the speed, quality, and impact of learning. You will partner with L&D and technology teams to create engaging, data-informed learning experiences and streamline content development workflows.

Key job responsibilities
* Design and develop interactive learning experiences, simulations, and performance support tools using authoring platforms and AI-assisted solutions.
* Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, improve accessibility, and personalize the learner experience.
* Curate, tag, and structure content to make it easy to update, reuse, and integrate with AI-enabled systems.
* Prototype and test emerging learning technologies, including adaptive learning and AI-driven feedback tools, incorporating results into design improvements.
* Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and technologists to deliver scalable solutions that align with business priorities.
* Contribute to the development of guidelines and best practices for using AI and automation in learning design.
* Stay current with trends in learning technology, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
