The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Learning Business Partner, who will have responsibility for working with subject matter experts and Learning & Development professionals to help develop functional learning strategies, facilitate the maintenance of courses for the Quality & Supply Chain Functions as well as project manage key learning and development programs, tools and resources.

This role requires excellent communication, integration, collaboration, adaptability and project management skills, as well as an awareness of the Quality & Supply Chain Functions. This individual will act as a consultant, advisor and project manager on leadership, learning, training and development across the Enterprise Quality & Supply Chain organizations. They will need to support various global locations and modality integration, always tying back into business impact. Lastly, they are solution and deliverable driven while managing complex and high-touch business needs.

This position can be located in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; Portland, OR; San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

Facilitate the maintenance of consistent and high-quality learning and development resources for the Quality & Supply Chain FunctionsFacilitate Executive level leadership meetings, using excellent judgement in terms of how to navigate agendas to ensure objectives are accomplished, while demonstrating polished presentation skillsWork with leadership and team to develop and implement long and short-term functional learning strategiesDevelop and execute project and process improvement plansDevelop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partnersDemonstrate business acumen and awareness of the current and future business climate, including awareness and knowledge of the wider company learning infrastructure and our global learning strategyApply modern and innovative learning methodologies to support a rapidly developing functionOther special projects as assigned

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience with Learning & Development in some form, including (but not limited to) facilitation, teaching, course development, employee development, structured coaching / mentoringExperience managing multiple projectsExperience partnering with cross-functional teamsExperience communicating and interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Learning & Development fieldBachelor's degree or higherExperience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership roleExperience with Quality and/or Functional Supply ChainProject Management experience

Summary pay range: $90,100 - $142,500
