We are looking for: Senior Lead Product & Solution Security Officer,

You’ll make an impact by:

·       Expertise on Log point SIEM & SIEM queries.

·       Log source integration, troubleshooting & day-to-day management.

·       Periodic update of Logpoint & it's components.

·       Guiding SOC Admin if any issues arises w.r.t. Log source integration, health of the Logpoint.

·       Define/Create new use cases.

·       Use case fine tuning, Rules fine tuning.

·       Regularly review use case performance and keep track of any changes to use cases

·       Map use cases to a MITRE ATTACK framework and perform a gap analysis.

·       Workbook/playbook creation, Device integration.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

·       Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech/MCA/MSC or any equivalent.

·       15+ years of relevant experience in SIEM/SOAR.

·       Prepare and present comprehensive reports on service performance, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

·       Proactively address and resolve issues related to service delivery.

·       Accountable for timely case resolution in ISP while adhering to customer SLA requirements.

·       Oversee and lead all aspects of service delivery, taking a holistic approach to ensure partner satisfaction.

·       Serve as the point of resolution and escalation for customer-related issues.

·       Logpoint Administrator Certificate.

·       Expertise in Security Device Management SIEM, Logpoint, incident response, threat hunting, use case engineering, SOC analyst, device integration with SIEM

·       Working knowledge of industry standard risk, governance and security standard methodologies

·       Proficient in incident response processes - detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation and reporting

·       Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal direction and maximum accountability.
