**About this role:**

As the ORBO for Consumer Lending Auto Lending oversight the incumbent will:
+ Provide oversight and governance of CLM RAUs' operational risk activities and its risk programs
+ Develop, oversee, and provide independent credible challenge to CLM with subject matter expertise
+ Develop operational risk monitoring over CLM RAUs. Includes CLM owned issues, loss events, change events, key risk measures, etc.
+ Leverage data to Identify emerging risks and recommend action plans to improve the Auto risk profile
+ Manage communication and collaboration with Auto Lending leadership, Risk Committee, and Independent Risk Management
+ Provide oversight on initiatives/risks including change
+ Ensure reporting, escalation, and remediation of issues, deficiencies, and emerging risk to business leaders, Committees, and appropriate Independent Risk Management leaders.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of ORBO oversight and drive/ contribute to change projects and programs
+ Active engagement with IRM Oversight teams supporting various risk types to ensure awareness of CLM operational risks
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Operational Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Ability to complete analytical work with data to support decision making and explain resolution to complex problems
+ Advanced understanding of Operational risk and governance, preferably in an oversight role
+ Experience presenting results of operational risk monitoring and emerging risk to executive leadership
+ Experience in Auto Lending and associated processes
+ Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
