That’s where Sora/Enhanced Workflows comes in: we’re building a product that streamlines the tedious and repetitive work People teams do every day, from sending emails to assigning onboarding tasks to a new hire’s manager to syncing data across anywhere from 3 to 20 tools in a customer’s HR stack. This is a full-time role for a Senior Lead Software Engineer, based on-site in Porto Alegre, RS. The Senior Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for leading software development projects, designing and implementing back-end systems, and ensuring the robustness, scalability, and performance of applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and other senior developers, and consistently delivering high-quality software solutions.
