**About Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL)**
Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enables clients of all sizes achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world.
**Product Solutions Specialists (PSS)**
GPL’s PSS group promotes collaboration among Product Managers, Consultants, and Relationship Managers to package, market, and position solutions which address client's challenges. PSSs are knowledgeable in their industries as well as in payments, and liquidity products, using their expertise to solve client issues.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Demonstrate experience leading and solutioning across key product lines relevant for this client segment.
+ Be a driving element of product development strategy and deliverables.
+ Develop and execute strategic solutions to drive revenue growth and expand share of client wallets.
+ In partnership with the GPL sales organization, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
+ Develop thought leadership content that is relevant for our clients.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
+ Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies to uphold ethical standards and mitigate risk within the sales function.
+ Represent the company at industry events, conference and client meetings to promote our brand and enhance our reputation as a truster advisor in global payments and liquidity.
+ Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced leadership within GPL
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Treasury Management or Global Payments experience in this client segment or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ Proven ability to lead and execute business growth strategies across complex product lines, with a focus on payments, liquidity, and treasury management.
+ Experience with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies in financial services (e.g., ISO 20022, real-time payments, APIs).
+ Strong track record of cultivating and managing senior-level client relationships, with the ability to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
+ Ability to influence and collaborate across various teams including Product, Sales, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing thought leadership content, white papers, and client presentations
