We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). **Job Description:** **Job Description – Salesforce Developer(US Only)** **Day to Day Job Duties:** **(What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)** + Implement the Agentforce pilot configurations and develop custom code components aligned with technical and business requirements. + Configure and develop Salesforce components in accordance with technical design documents (TDD) and defined scope. + Build incremental demos and working prototypes throughout the project to demonstrate progress and validate requirements with stakeholders. + Perform unit testing, and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles. + Prepare and execute deployment steps as outlined in the Deployment Checklist, ensuring smooth transition to production environments. + Support technical documentation and assist in the preparation of the final project report. + Collaborate closely with the Technical Architect to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce and project design standards. + Provide technical input and support during design reviews and sprint planning sessions. **Basic Qualifications:** **(What are the skills required for this job with minimum years of experience on each)** + 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows). + Proven experience delivering proof-of-concept and pilot solutions within short, agile development cycles. + Practical experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud configuration and integration. + Strong understanding of testing methodologies, deployment, and release management in Salesforce environments. + Familiarity with AI prompt engineering and event-driven architecture (advantageous). **Required Salesforce Certifications:** + Platform App Builder + Platform Developer I **Travel:** + Minimal travel may be required based on project needs.
