The Tekla Modeler is responsible for developing accurate and detailed 3D models and drawings using Tekla Structures for structural steel, rebar, and detailing projects. This role works closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure models adhere to design intent, project standards, and buildability requirements.

Develop detailed 3D Tekla Structures models for concrete, rebar, and structural steel structures.Create GA drawings, rebar shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and bar bending schedules directly from the model.Coordinate with structural engineers, BIM leads, and designers to ensure design intent is correctly represented.Participate in model review sessions and clash detection workflows (e.g., with Navisworks / 3DRC).Assist in multidisciplinary coordination for model federation.Set up files (Tekla, Navisworks) for design, 3D coordination.Review, estimate, and provide input on delivery schedules and effort levelsDefine workflows and procedures for digital design delivery with support from Digital Design ManagerTrain, mentor, and troubleshoot for Juniors modelers.Responsible for 3D coordination with disciplines and external consultantsParticipate in multi-disciplinary/client meetings; provide feedback on model status and coordinationConduct quality checks, model health checks, and design review checksAbout you
