**About this role:**
Wells Fargo's Communications Surveillance & Governance (CSG) team is seeking a seasoned, Senior Lead Control Management Officer to manage and execute controls associated with its Electronic and Digital Communications Program.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Drive business execution initiatives, including communicating information and outcomes to all levels of the Control Management organization, key Business Group Stakeholders and Enterprise Function partners
+ Lead the facilitation and resolution of complex and unique initiatives that require solid analytical skills, business knowledge, and executive communication abilities (including strong PowerPoint skills)
+ Provide vision, direction, expertise, and engagement to all levels of professionals and managers to implement large-scale, cross-organization business solutions in line with Control Management's goals
+ Act as a top subject matter professional for Business Execution who leads highly complex, large, and cross organizational strategic initiatives with companywide impact
+ Partner with Business Group and Enterprise Functions to ensure dependencies required to execute initiatives are prioritized, funded and monitored
+ Produce high quality output with limited oversight
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services Industry experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ **Broker-Dealer Compliance Expertise** – Understanding of broker-dealer regulatory requirements, with experience designing and managing controls related to regulated records retention and communications surveillance
+ **Control Management Proficiency** – Deep knowledge of control management practices within a large financial institution, ensuring effective risk mitigation and governance
+ **Leadership in Change Initiatives** – Proven experience leading complex change efforts and managing high-priority control initiatives across portfolios
+ **Large-Scale Change Management** – Extensive background in Change Management, including oversight of enterprise-wide initiatives and transformation programs
+ **Executive Communication Skills** – Advanced ability to craft compelling executive-level narratives and presentations, using visuals and storytelling to simplify complex topics
+ **Detail-Oriented Execution** – Strong execution bias with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments
+ **Collaborative Problem Solving** – Skilled in partnering with internal clients and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions in a highly matrixed organization
+ **Business Acumen and Stakeholder Engagement** – Excellent business insight and experience working with executives, senior leaders, and subject matter experts across Wells Fargo
+ **Structured Thinking and Communication** – Clear, structured thinker with outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
+ **Relationship Building in Regulated Environments** – Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships while navigating the complexities of regulatory, compliance, and legal frameworks in highly regulated industries
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
+ Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in one of the listed locations

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $254,000.00
