Senior Lead CoE Accounting & Reporting

Purpose of the role

 

CoE Senior Lead is responsible for regional execution of the CoE’s mandate, ensuring consistent delivery of financial accounting and reporting activities, supporting CFIN replication, and fostering customer – centric service to market stakeholders.

 

Your \"day to day\"

 

Monitor and improve performance of accounting teams and third-party providers at regional level.Drive harmonization of working practices and stakeholder experience across markets.Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.Support cross-functional collaboration with R2R, Design & Deploy, and market finance teamsLeads resolution of audit and management reporting issues.

 

Required Experience, Skills and Competencies

 

Finance professional with 5+ years of experience in accountingExperience in process improvement & transformation desirableExperience in multicultural and / or global teamsStrong coordination & communication skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to question the status quo
