**About this role:**
Wells Fargo (Company) is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Risk Committee of the Board (Risk Committee) & Enterprise Risk & Control Committee (ERCC) Execution Support team in leading daily execution and administration activities for the (i) Risk Committee, which assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its responsibilities to oversee the companywide risk management framework and Independent Risk Management function, and (ii) ERCC, which serves as the primary governance forum for the Company’s highest priority risk and control matters.
The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will be a tenured professional with robust board or governance committee experience in coordinating and administering all pre/during/post-meeting activities and advising and influencing companywide leaders on related processes and expectations.
The candidate must understand that the Risk Committee & ERCC Execution Support team adds value to the Company through consistent demonstration of (i) competence in committee governance, (ii) an ability to influence others, (iii) partnership and collaboration across the organization, and (iv) crisp, clear and prompt communication.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Strategically engage with and serve as a competent advisor to all levels of professionals across all business groups and enterprise functions
+ Directly partner with senior management, presenters and their teams, and board and governance committee secretary teams to support execution of committee charter requirements by:
+ Agenda planning
+ Collaboratively communicating committee material expectations, feedback, and best practices to drive material consistency and quality
+ Proactively managing escalations and follow up actions through committee resolution
+ Support the ERCC minutes taking process including completing and coordinating reviews of drafts
+ Promptly and knowledgeably addressing inquiries and unique challenges regarding committee processes, presentations, expectations
+ Facilitating value-add committee prep sessions and related activities
+ Support execution of and confirm adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, manuals, tools and templates related to the Risk Committee and ERCC, including the Board Governance Support Manual and Committees Policy
+ Fulfill ERCC documentation requests promptly and accurately
+ Support establishment (i) of the companywide governance committees calendar in alignment with board committees calendar, and (ii) all Risk Committee & ERCC execution support calendars
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and objective manner
+ Experience influencing others by leading large-scale change or governance efforts and/or complex initiatives
+ Reputation for good judgment, integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, execution, and big picture orientation and business acumen
+ Business, governance and/or risk management experience in financial services
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to deliver multiple efforts simultaneously
+ Ownership mentality with an ability to design and drive successful execution of priorities
+ Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas, including with leaders and employees in geographically dispersed environments
+ Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
