As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Enterprise Technology, AI/ML & Data Platforms organization, you will be tasked with enhancing and developing innovative, cloud-based architecture platforms. Your role will be crucial in promoting the execution of strategic global solutions throughout the firm. Job responsibilities

Design and implement a data mesh architecture that decentralizes data ownership and management across domain teams.Develop and maintain data architecture standards, including data product interfaces, data contracts, and governance frameworks.Collaborate with domain teams to understand their data needs and provide guidance on best practices for data product development.Leverage AWS services (e.g., AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda) to build scalable and secure data solutions.Implement data governance and security measures to ensure data quality and compliance with industry standards.Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of data products and infrastructure.Provide training and support to domain teams on data mesh principles and AWS technologies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data mesh and cloud computing.Champion the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on Data Architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experienceHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityAdvanced in one or more programming language(s), applications, and architectureAdvanced knowledge of Data architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Expert level with Databricks, Snowflake, Starburst, Trino, AWS Database & AnalyticsHands on experience in working on BI and AI/ML solutions with business stakeholders and data scientistsAbility to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversightPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPrior Fin-tech experience preferredStrong team player
