As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorganChase within the Infrastructure Platforms of Corporate Technology, you are an integral part of a team that works to develop high-quality architecture solutions for various ServiceNow applications and platforms products. You drive significant business impact and help shape the target state architecture through your capabilities in multiple architecture domains.

Job responsibilities

Defines current state and target state architecture for the ServiceNow platform and Automation capabilities and ensure interoperability and scalability across different technology stacks. Works as a member of the Platform Architecture team, assess, design, and implement the processes and configuration standards for current and future ServiceNow capabilitiesWorks with Product/Process Owners, design solutions to meet desired outcomes while ensuring platform integrity and control standards Works closely with engineering and operational teams. Functions as a subject matter expert in assessment, design, and implementation of the processes and ServiceNow tools needed to create an ITSM framework. Drives initiatives to identify, optimize and automate manual IT business process to deliver secure, scalable and reliable IT infrastructure. Leads the Digital Workflow talent pipeline for off-shore location through recruiting, coaching and mentoring junior talentResearches and evaluates emerging technologies and trends, develop and implement solution prototypes and lead POC’s with a passion for automation to enable speed to market. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceHands-on practical experience working with ServiceNow skills such as CTA.ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CRMAdvanced experience in building ServiceNow custom applicationsAdvanced knowledge of cloud technologies, service and solutionsAbility to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversightPractical cloud native experienceExperience of working in a matrix management model, utilizing virtual teamsDemonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholdersComfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technologyAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAbility to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firmExceptional communication and presentation skillsAdditional ServiceNow certifications is a huge plus
