**Corporate Risk** helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.
The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.
Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a **Senior Lead Analytics Consultant** in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota.
**Job Role and Responsibility:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in the customer remediation center of excellence supporting the remediation Analytics Team. In this role, you will advise experienced leadership to develop analytical strategies for complex business and technical needs. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring data from multiple sources. Design and lead complex projects, and data analyses. Perform and test highly complex data analytics for costumer remediation. Provide end-to-end ownership of analytics projects including requirements development, code development, testing, peer review, and data driven guidance/recommendations for remediation strategies. Design analysis projects flow and documentation that is structured for consistency, easy to understand, and to be offered to multiple levels of reviewers, partners, and regulatory agents demonstrating research and analysis completed. Investigate and ensure data integrity from multiple sources. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

**Required Qualifications** :
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in applied math, statistics, engineering, or related quantitative field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, experience
Specific skills required:
+ Experience in historical insurance add-on products remediation projects
+ Experience in Analytics for Regulators
+ 3 years of SQL, and/or SAS experience
+ 1 year of Teradata experience.
+ experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets
+ experience in financial services remediation
Salary: $153,000 - $239,000
**Pay Range**
