Senior Lead, Guest Facing Technology

What will I be doing?

Works closely with the Senior Manager Guest Facing Technology and wider Guest Facing Technology team on program management and communications tasks related to the StayConnected guest internet program.
•    Hilton escalation point to/from the vendor for all issue resolution and configuration matters relating to the guest internet solutions.
•    Responsible for ensuring that guest internet vendors are implementing the platform in accordance with all defined technical and brand standards.
•    Manage communication of issues and resolutions to team members, external partners, Hotels, and Executive stakeholders.
•    Responsible for driving collaboration with internal and external teams to resolve guest internet issues, document resolution processes, and implement procedural changes to reduce future issues. 
•    Provide team support following established technical standards for the purposes of clarifying and establishing consistent delivery of the guest internet platform.
•    Lead internal and external partners in strategy and project initiation, architecture, requirements analysis, design, project management and systems integration activities
•    Provide regular updates to The Senior Team leaders on project and program status.

Although this position is linked to the Watford office Hybrid/Remote working is available within the UK

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
•    Significant professional experience in Technology or a related field
•    Previous customer support/data networking experience
•    Technical vendor management experience
•    Experience with networking and wi-fi technologies
•    Project/program management experience
•    Working knowledge of industry standard data security policies and procedures
•    Ability to travel up to 15%

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
•    Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus Technology related experience
