We are looking for a capable and knowledgeable team member to join our Legal team as Senior Lawyer (2800 EUR -3200 EUR gross + Semi-annual bonus (up to 4200 EUR-4800 EUR gross))

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support in the fields of competition law, commercial law, contract law, consumer protection, immigration, data protection, and other areas of law;Represent the company's interests in commercial transactions and draft, review, and coordinate the company’s day-to-day business contracts, including purchase, sales, marketing, service, and other agreements;Draft other legal documents necessary for the company’s operations;Participate in the development of legislation while representing the company’s interests;Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to company employees on various matters;Identify and assess business and legal risks, and develop solutions to mitigate them in line with the company's objectives;Review marketing and advertising materials to ensure compliance with legal regulations;Conduct internal audits on legal matters within the company.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

Higher education in law;3+ years of experience as a legal counsel in an international company or a law firm;Solid knowledge of competition law, commercial law, contract law, consumer protection, and administrative law;Excellent written and spoken Latvian and English skills (minimum C1 level – English is required for communication with colleagues and partners abroad);Strong ability and willingness to independently plan and organize work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment;Experience in implementing legal and regulatory requirements in a business environment;Excellent communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills;Experience in auditing will be considered an advantage;Experience in data protection will be considered an advantage;Previous experience working across the Baltic region is desirable.
