Senior Language Development Program Coordinator Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI has an immediate opening for Senior Language Development Program Coordinator. **Responsibilities:** + Provides effective and efficient oversight, leadership, and management as the lead site manager for 40+ personnel in the Extended Enterprise to include 3 sites in 3 locations. + As the Site Manager at the Language Learning Center, serves as the main point of contact for all matters concerning contract resources. + Proactively works with the Program Management Office and Government Contractor Officer to communicate issues and solutions in a timely and transparent manner while providing effective and efficient management of the program within the site; works with the program manager, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the Contractor’s effort in allocation of resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract; + Ensures that all contract deliverables are provided on time, within budget and within quality standards required by contract. + Ensures the timely recruitment and training of program staff, encouraging and stimulating cross-discipline integration with increased collaboration between learning sites. + Conducts methodology and language assessments of candidates using proven methods to determine suitability to the position and understanding of team dynamics in the selection of work teams + Advocates increasing lines of communication across all sites, sharing curriculum as appropriate. Leads instructors and Curriculum Managers in identifying, defining, and documenting NLS requirements; regularly tracks the progress of NLS initiatives and provides updates and additional information. + Maintains and updates language training roadmaps according to the Cryptologic Training System Training Standard and the Language Analysis Skill Community Professional Health Program + Manages the teams within each site to achieve all program objectives; acting within authority, and rapidly elevating issues, making recommendations, decisions, etc., to ensure success + Identifying, meeting and reporting staffing requirements and goals; and ensuing that all staff brought onto the program meet or exceed the minimum contractual requirements and are fully capable to perform the work roles + Performs analysis and reporting; developing best practices; monitors and manages established program funding; forecasts, identifies, reports and remediates variances in financial measures; and ensures accuracy and completeness in reports, invoices and other financial documents + Lead Designer / Site Manager supporting foreign language instructors across 3 different locations; leveraging knowledge of language families, dialects, training methodologies, interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) levels, and DoD language policies to develop and recommend language training solutions and to place students in courses; reviews and proposes the Integrated Program Baseline (or resource loaded schedule) to the Government; + Coordinates with various Government representatives concerning courseware development methodology and language needs and requirements; reviews and evaluates specific language training products/courses and recommends updates and revisions to improve them as well as collects and validates training requirements for Government review as input to strategic management decisions and policies related to course scheduling and seat allocation + Consolidates and forwards for Government review external vendor training, Mobile Training Team and iso immersion language training requirements based on language level and language training history; performs initial review of Service funding requests for language training based on Government provided criteria prepare documents for Government review **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + B.A./B.S. in Education, Language, Language-related, Business, and at least eight (8) years experience as a DoD foreign language professional with 5 years experience in language development and training + In lieu of the Bachelor's Degree an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience for a total of twelve (12) years experience may be substituted + At least eight (8) years experience using foreign language in SIGINT Operations; Four (4) years work experience in managing, coordinating and delivering language training opportunities in accordance with DoD policies and procedures + Four (4) years’ experience drafting and following standard operating procedures and checklists and communicating with colleagues and customers via written correspondence. + At least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting. _Desired:_ + PMP, FAC-P/PM Entry Level, or DAWIA Level 1 certification in Program Management - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
