We are seeking a Senior Laboratory Project Services Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories in a remote role.

As a Senior Laboratory Project Services Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of complex clinical research studies, serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, and drive process improvements across global programs. You’ll mentor team members and ensure projects are executed with excellence and in compliance with SOPs and industry standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead study setup activities including protocol and budget review, project planning, and documentation oversight.Manage complex clinical trials, including Companion Diagnostic and multi-region studies.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation throughout the study lifecycle.Serve as the primary contact for customer relationships, issue resolution, and health checks.Represent IQVIA at investigator meetings, audits, and inspections.Provide training to sites, CRAs, and customers; establish ongoing communication with study sites.Lead process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.Act as Program Lead for global customer programs, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.5+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including 3 years in project management or study setup.Experience leading large, global, and complex Phase I-IV clinical trials.Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
Strong understanding of clinical research terminology and central laboratory operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and centralized laboratory systems.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.What We Offer You:

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,200.00 - $167,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
